Personal trainers, Kari Palmer & Sandy Aguiar, will offer 8 weeks of challenging, fun packed, hands on, personal fitness instruction along with nutrition coaching regardless of age, size or fitness level.
Exercise may include:
- sports drill
- tubing exercises
Class times are one hour and are as follows at the Firemen's Pavilion:
- Tuesday - 5:30AM, 6:00PM PST
- Thursday - 5:30AM, 6:00PM PST
